A core part of GKZiD is delivering event media to the athletes who appear in it. To do that, event organizers and media partners may provide us with:

• Scoreboards
• Broadcast media
• Media intended for athlete delivery

We rely on event organizers and media partners to have the right to share this media with us for delivery to the athletes it features.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create athlete accounts
• Provide Media Lockers
• Deliver athlete media
• Support event services
• Improve search
• Improve our AI
• Communicate with users
• Protect platform security
• Comply with legal obligations

GKZiD uses an AI processing layer we call GKZiD Edge™ to help organize event media and route the right clips to the right athletes. GKZiD Edge™ may be used for:

• Video indexing

• Speech transcription
• Object detection
• Scene analysis
• Highlight suggestions
• Media organization
• Metadata generation
• Workflow automation

GKZiD may introduce optional AI-powered athlete recognition features in the future to help match athletes to their media more easily.

Our commitments regarding biometric information:

• We do not sell biometric information.
• We do not use biometric information for advertising.
• Biometric data will be retained only as long as necessary for the stated purpose or as required by law.

The Media Locker is where an athlete's media lives. In short:

• The Media Locker stores athlete media.
• Athletes control the sharing options available within the platform.
• Media may originate from events, media companies, coaches, athletes, or parents.
• Media availability depends on the permissions granted by whoever uploaded it.

We share information only with the trusted providers we need to operate the platform, such as:

• Cloud hosting
• Authentication providers
• Payment processors
• Email providers
• Analytics providers
• AI processing providers
• Storage providers
• Legal authorities, when required by law

GKZiD supports youth athletes, and we take the privacy of minors seriously. Parents or legal guardians may have additional rights regarding accounts for minors.

When required, the platform may request parent or guardian information. We respect applicable child and teen privacy laws, and we ask parents and guardians to stay involved in a young athlete's use of GKZiD.
