Welcome to GKZiD ("GKZiD," "we," "our," or "us"), an athlete identity and media platform owned and operated by GameKast LLC.

By creating an account, accessing, or using GKZiD — including the GKZiD Media Locker, GKZiD Edge™, athlete identity tools, AI-powered services, or related features — you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

GKZiD helps athletes, families, coaches, event organizers, and media companies organize and share athletic media and identity.

Services may include:

• Athlete Identity Cards
• Media Locker
• GKZiD Edge™ AI services
• Event media delivery
• AI-assisted media organization
• Athlete profiles
• Public sharing
• Future premium services

Services may change as the platform evolves.

Users must meet applicable age requirements.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has authorized your use of GKZiD where required.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for minor accounts they authorize.

Users may create accounts using supported authentication methods.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security
• Keeping your information accurate
• Protecting login credentials

You are responsible for activity occurring under your account.

GKZiD allows users to create athlete profiles and store athletic media.

Media may include:

• Photos
• Videos
• Interviews
• Event highlights
• Athlete Cards
• Documents
• Statistics

Media Locker availability may depend upon event permissions, uploader permissions, subscriptions, or future service offerings.

You retain ownership of the content you upload.

By uploading content, you grant GameKast LLC a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

• Store content
• Process content
• Display content
• Create search indexes
• Generate metadata
• Deliver content to authorized users
• Operate and improve GKZiD

This license exists only for operating the GKZiD platform and providing requested services.

Event organizers and media companies retain ownership of media they provide unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By submitting media to GKZiD, they grant GameKast LLC permission to process, organize, index, store, and deliver that media through GKZiD services.

GKZiD Edge™ uses artificial intelligence to improve the athlete experience.

AI may assist with:

• Video indexing
• Speech transcription
• Search
• Media organization
• Highlight suggestions
• Metadata generation
• Workflow automation

AI-generated results may not always be accurate. Users should independently verify important information.

GKZiD may introduce optional biometric or AI-assisted athlete recognition features in the future.

Some content may be shared publicly if you choose to publish it.

You are responsible for understanding what information you make publicly available.

Users agree not to:

• Upload illegal content
• Upload copyrighted content without permission
• Harass others
• Impersonate another person
• Distribute malware
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Reverse engineer platform technology
• Disrupt platform operations

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

GKZiD, GKZiD Edge™, Media Locker™, logos, branding, software, technology, workflows, and platform design remain the exclusive property of GameKast LLC unless otherwise stated.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of GameKast intellectual property.

Some services may require payment.

Pricing may change over time.

Third-party payment processors handle payment information.

Failure to maintain payment may affect access to premium services.

Your use of GKZiD is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

GKZiD is provided "as available."

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service
• Perfect AI results
• Permanent availability of all uploaded media
• Compatibility with every device

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GameKast LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Create security risks
• Abuse the platform

Users may request account deletion subject to applicable retention requirements.

We may modify these Terms periodically.

Material changes will become effective when posted with an updated effective date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
