1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to GKZiD (“GKZiD”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a platform owned and operated by GameKast LLC. By accessing or using GKZiD (including creating, viewing, or sharing player identity cards, media, or related content), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

GKZiD is a digital identity platform that allows users to:

• Create and customize player identity cards (“Cards”)
• Upload photos, videos, and other media
• Share Cards via public links (URLs)
• Access tools including AI-powered features (“AICoach”) and media tools

GKZiD may evolve over time, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to use GKZiD.

If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

4. User Accounts & Guest Use

You may use GKZiD:

• As a guest user (without creating an account), or
• By creating a registered account

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activity under your account

GKZiD may allow guest-created Cards to be later claimed and associated with a registered account.

Paid plans & billing

GKZiD includes a free tier and optional paid plans. Plus is offered at US $3.99 per month at the time these Terms were published (see your player profile for current pricing and features). Additional paid tiers may be offered from time to time. Payments are processed by a third-party provider; GKZiD does not store your full payment card details on our servers. Your plan may take a short time to update after checkout—refresh or sign in again if unlocked features do not appear immediately.

5. User Content & Ownership

Your ownership

You retain full ownership of any content you upload or create on GKZiD, including:

• Photos
• Videos
• Player Cards
• Profile information

License to GKZiD

By using GKZiD, you grant GameKast LLC a:

• Non-exclusive
• Worldwide
• Royalty-free
• Transferable license

to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for:

• Operating the platform
• Displaying Cards via public URLs
• Promoting GKZiD (including social media, marketing, and demos)

6. Public Sharing & Responsibility

Cards created on GKZiD may be accessible via public URLs.

You understand and agree:

• Anyone with the link may view your Card
• You are responsible for the content you share
• You should not upload private, sensitive, or inappropriate material

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not own or have rights to
• Post offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate material
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent identity
• Violate any laws or third-party rights
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.

8. Media & Copyright

You are solely responsible for ensuring that:

• You have rights to all uploaded media (photos, videos, music)
• Your content does not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other rights

GKZiD is not responsible for user-uploaded content.

9. AI Features (AICoach)

GKZiD may provide AI-powered tools (“AICoach”).

These tools:

• Are for informational and entertainment purposes only
• Do not constitute professional advice (including coaching, medical, or training advice)

Use at your own discretion.

10. Intellectual Property

All GKZiD platform elements, including:

• Design
• Branding
• Technology
• Software

are owned by GameKast LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform elements without permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

GKZiD is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free performance
• That content will always display correctly across devices

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

GameKast LLC shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, content, or reputation
• Issues arising from shared or public content

Your use of GKZiD is at your own risk.

13. Content Monitoring & Removal

We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to:

• Monitor user content
• Remove content that violates these Terms
• Suspend or terminate accounts

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to GKZiD at any time if:

• You violate these Terms
• We believe your use poses risk to the platform or others

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of GKZiD after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By using GKZiD and sharing content publicly, you grant GameKast LLC permission to use your name, likeness, and content as displayed within your Cards for platform functionality, promotion, and marketing purposes.
